Days with 7 or fewer games are light days. Fewer teams play, so a streamer is easier to fit into your lineup.

A spread of 10 or more points to a likely blowout, so starters may sit the fourth quarter. A high total usually means more counting stats.

Top 30 per game. The first board ranks overall value for your league type; the rest are ESPN's nine fantasy categories. FG% and FT% use the NBA's minimums (on pace for 300 made field goals or 125 made free throws). Turnovers count against you, so that list ranks the fewest among players averaging 25+ minutes. ★ marks players you follow.

Add the players on each side. Values use season averages and are measured against a waiver-wire player for your league size, so 2-for-1 deals are judged fairly.
